Slow Cooker Street Tacos

These Slow Cooker Street Tacos will be a hit with your entire family. These are an easy and delicious dinner idea perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
3 lbs beef chuck or pork shoulder
1 tbsp olive oil (sear)
1 onion (chopped), 4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 jalapeño (optional)
2 tsp chili powder, 1½ tsp cumin, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper
½ cup orange juice, ¼ cup lime juice, 1 cup broth
¼ cup cilantro, chopped (at the end)
Directions
Sear meat 2–3 minutes per side.
Add onions/garlic/spices to the slow cooker; place the meat on top; pour in the juices/broth.
Cook Low 8–9 hrs or High 4–5 hrs.
Shred the meat and mix in cilantro and a few spoonfuls of cooking liquid.
Assemble on warm tortillas with onion, cilantro, lime, and salsa.
A note from Tedd:
Let the shredded meat rest in the juices on “Warm” 15–20 min;
double up tortillas; broil 3–5 min for crispy edges.
