Yes, we're using the original Shake 'N Bake. Don't laugh! This favorite recipe is quick and easy. Plus, the chops end up golden, crispy, and taste fantastic. Get over yourself and remember, "It's Shake 'N Bake, and I helped!"
Ingredients
3 average sized bone-in pork chops (I'd do two but where can you find just two packaged pork chops?)
1 box of regular flavored Shake 'N Bake (or whatever flavor you prefer)
Olive Oil
Directions
Brush your pork chops with oil, or use water for a more healthy alternative but keep in mind, we're using Shake 'N Bake, "it's better than frying."
Pour your Shake 'N Bake mixture onto a large dish and add the pork chops one at a time, pressing them firmly into the breading and turning them over to fully coat each side of the chops.
Spritz your air fryer basket with oil. Add the pork chops to the basket in a single layer, leaving space between each piece for air flow.
Air fry the pork chops for 6 minutes at 400 degrees, then flip and spritz them with some more oil. Cook for another 5 minutes or until they reach a safe internal temp of 145 degrees.
