Everyone has their unique way to make potato salad.
Ingredients
Salad:
5 potatoes
3 eggs
1 cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
Dressing:
1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons mustard
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain, cool, peel and chop. Boil, peel and chop eggs. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, eggs, celery, and onion. Mix dressing ingredients and add to salad.
