Artichoke Dip

This is a rich, delicious dip that can be served with tortilla chips or slices of toasted French bread.


Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup Parmesan cheese,

1 (8 ounce) can artichokes.


Instructions

Mix ingredients and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until brown on top. Here are a few suggested garnishes: shredded Monterrey jack cheese, chopped red bell peppers, parsley, sliced mushrooms, or bread crumbs.
