An excellent side for homemade Ham and Beans.


Ingredients

1¼ cup flour

¾ cup corn meal

⅛ cup sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

⅓ teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

¼ cup vegetable oil

1 egg


Instructions

Mix ingredients and fill a greased 8 or 9 inch pan. Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes.
