Chicken in a sweet Marsala and mushroom sauce. Simply delicious!
Ingredients
Thinly sliced boneless chicken breast
Flour
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
12 ounces fresh mushrooms
½ cup water
½ cup Marsala wine
1 package fettuccine noodles
1 can chicken broth
1 clove minced garlic
Instructions
Pound flour into meat and add salt and pepper to both sides. Brown meat in skillet with olive oil. Brown mushrooms with meat. Add water and wine. Serve with fettuccine cooked with chicken broth, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
