Crockpot Crack Chicken
This habit-forming sandwich is perfect for gathering around the TV for football games and race days.
3 Chicken Breasts (2 lbs.) - boneless and skinless
1 dry Ranch seasoning Packet
1 eight ounce block of cream cheese - cubed (you can use more if you like)
1 half pound bacon - cooked and crumbled
8 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
green onions - sliced
Buns, Rolls, Croissants or Slider rolls
Add chicken to your slow cooker and sprinkle on ranch seasoning. Cube cream cheese then place on top of seasoned chicken. Cover and cook on low for five to six hours. Then, use a fork to shred the chicken and mix well. Add the cheddar cheese and incorporate well. Add bacon and mix again. Lastly, sprinkle with green onions. Use real butter to toast a few buns and then get ready for Crack Chicken Heaven!
