Boneless Pork Loin

Loin roasts don’t need to be intimidating. Here's simple recipe anyone can master.


Ingredients

Whole, boneless pork loin,

Salt

Pepper

Garlic salt (or garlic powder)

½ cup red wine

½ cup water.


Instructions

Rub the pork loin with the salt, pepper and garlic salt. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 2½ hours uncovered. After the first hour, baste with red wine and water and then continue to cook. For a party, cook the meat the night before, refrigerate overnight, slice thin, serve cold or room temperature.
