INGREDIENTS

3 lbs small new potatoes

10 ears of corn, cut in half

3 lbs of quartered onions

5-8 lemons, cut in half

10-15 cloves of garlic

Zatarain's Crab Boil Seasoning

5 lbs Andouille sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces (or tiny smoked Louisiana sausage)

5 lbs Gulf shrimp or royal red shrimp (deveined)

5 lbs snow crab or king crab legs

DIRECTIONS

1. Fill a large pot with a basket (6-8 qt.) half-full of water and bring to a rolling boil.

2. Add seasoning to boiling water.

3. Add potatoes and boil for 10 minutes.

4. Squeeze lemons into the water and add the rinds along with the garlic and onions. Bring the water back to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.

5. Add sausage and corn. Bring the water back to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.

6. Add remaining seafood and bring the water back to a boil. Boil for 3-5 minutes, then turn off the heat. Cover the pot with a lid and let it sit for 20 minutes.

7. Uncover and pull out the basket. Pour the cooked food onto a large table covered with newspaper or paper towels. Eat and enjoy!
