Ingredients
½ cup sour cream
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
⅛ teaspoon mustard
Instructions
Mix ingredients together and stir in fresh cucumbers and onions.
