Broccoli Casserole

From Rose Ann Long.

Broccoli florets are topped with a cheese and cracker crust in this easily prepared casserole.


½ stick margarine

1 chopped onion

¾ cup celery

10 to 12 ounces of fresh broccoli

1 cup Uncle Ben's Original Rice

1 cup cream of mushroom soup

1 cup creamed chicken soup

1 cup cheddar cheese

1 cup cut-up uncooked chicken breast

1 cup crumbled corn flakes


Mix all ingredients except corn flakes. Bake covered 45 minutes at 350. Add crumbled corn flakes and bake for another 15 minutes.
